happened to be in this movie the day of the premiere. I honestly do not expect that from him - something supernatural, the more Nicolas Cage last picture is not pleasant. But I was wrong and "Season of the Witch" was quite controversial film.
should start with the plot. It is not highly uniform. If the beginning of the movie makes the jump a few times, then after the action is slow and sad. The ending is the same crumpled and swiftly. A feeling that the originally planned two pictures, but at the last moment decided to collect all the stuff into one movie. Beginning of the film tells us about the hard life of soldiers of the Crusaders during the Crusades, and how one day the two friends knight in the person of Nicolas Cage and Ron Perlman, disillusioned with God, decided to go home.
